What is Hawthorne C ?

Hawthorne C, abbreviation of Hawthorne Consultation, is a human resources management consultation firm.

The term, Hawthorne, also known as the “Hawthorne effect” refers to the conclusions observed from studies and experiments held between 1924 and 1932, by Harvard Business School professor Elton Mayo.

These experiments on human behavior and productivity were conducted at the Hawthorne Works factory in near Chicago.

We have chosen this word, and what it represents, for our corporate designation because it is in line with the way we tackle all of our interventions: The human behavior and its empowerment.

From these experiments and their conclusions arose our inspiration!
